Scott,
Second day of full range of motion and first day with out any pain! I’ve added short laps of backstroke and breast stroke to swim workout – taking it all in baby steps, with lots of light stretching, and hoping for the best.
Thank you for the excellent job you did in stripping away the layers of damage and isolating what appears to have been to root cause! You are awesome! If things change, I will definitely call you to set up another session
