Psych your-self up not out. Establishing SMART Goals

Thank You for Visiting my site
A little about me & my Health and
Fitness philosophy:
I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a
Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified
Wellcoach; so I tend to use the “whole
body” approach – mind, body & spirit. If
there is deficiency or congestion in any
area, it will affect all. I like to make sure that
my clients learn to listen to their bodies.
There is no place for “No Pain No Gain” in
my training, if it hurts don’t do it. We’ll find
another way together. I believe that as we
mature, stretching and flexibility are as
important as strength training. My Personal
training clients learn a complimentary
stretch for all muscle groups they are
working. I teach some simple strength and
stretching exercises to my Massage client to
help them achieve balance in their bodies.
-Scott Coldwell

My massages have been even
better than I had hoped. Scott
is very thorough and I
appreciate how he asks each
time prior to my massage what
parts I want concentrated on
during the massage. I feel
that the individualized
massage makes it both more
beneficial and enjoyable. The
massage I receive from Scott
is by far the most therapeutic I
have ever had. While most
massage therapists offer a
simply relaxing massage, Scott’
s techniques leave me feeling
energized and repaired as
well. Scott really goes the
extra mile to ensure comfort
and benefit. My pain level has
decreased dramatically since
beginning massage therapy.
